Prices: Please note that the prices listed on our website are merely suggested retail prices. We do not enforce a MAP system. You, as a dealer, have the right to price your items below or above our suggested retail prices. To receive our dealer pricelists, please contact us. Prices are subject to change without notice. Bulk pricing is available. Be sure to sign up for our emailing list; we run specials on a regular basis.
Orders: Any company interested in becoming a dealer must submit a dealer application for approval before the first order. There is a $100 minimum for your first order as a new dealer (excludes drop ship customers). No minimum is required for any following orders. All orders (besides drop ship orders) have a $4.00 handling charge attached in addition to shipping. Customers will be charged the day an order ships.
Payment Options: We accept payment via credit card or COD. We accept all major credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. For COD payments, we accept either a cashier’s check or money order upon delivery. Please be aware that COD payments have an additional charge of $10 per order outside shipping charges as per UPS fees.
Shipping: All orders typically ship via USPS or UPS. All orders ship standard ground shipping unless otherwise requested. Faster shipping methods are available, but the extra fees will be the responsibility of the dealer.
Returns/Exchanges: Returns are accepted up to 14 days after you receive your merchandise. After 14 days, no returns will be accepted. Dealers are responsible for return shipping costs. Funds will be reimbursed via the original form of payment. Exchanges are accepted up to 30 days after you receive your merchandise. Merchandise can either be exchanged or a credit memo will be issued towards your account. Again, dealers are responsible for return shipping. However, we will cover return shipping on the outbound replacement items. Absolutely no returns will be accepted on closeouts items. Exchanges on closeout merchandise will only be accepted if there happens to be a manufacturer’s defect on the item(s) or if there was an error on our part. Upon the event of an exchange or return, please contact us for a return form and to discuss your request.
Back Orders: Our inventory regularly fluctuates. Thus, back orders do occur. We will let you know if something you ordered is on back order. At that time, you can decide if you’d like to wait until the item is restocked or if you’d like to cancel your ordered item. If an item you order is on back order, we’ll gladly keep your order on file until the item is filled. If the item(s) is back ordered for 30 days or more, we can offer you a 10% discount on the item(s) at the time of purchase. If you have any questions regarding the inventory of an item, you can always call us before you place an order.
Order Cancellations: If an order has already shipped and the dealer cancels the order, the dealer is responsible for shipping costs along with any fees incurred by stopping the package(s).
Drop Shipping: Orders may be drop shipped for an additional charge of $4.95 per order outside standard shipping fees. There are no minimums on drop ship orders. Returns/exchanges on drop shipped items abide by the return policies of the dealer. Please contact us if an item is being returned to us or if you have any questions. Drop ship customers may use the pictures and descriptions on our website for use on their websites. If a drop ship order is cancelled after it has already been processed, the dealer is subject to the shipping charges and fees incurred for cancelling the order.
Services: As a manufacturer, we offer custom orders and private labeling. These services typically require bulk orders consisting of 50 pieces or more of an item, 60-90 days for completion, and pre payment.
